HALLOWEEN WITH THREE LITTLE GIRLS … I LOVE IT!!!

Posted in Uncategorized on November 2, 2008 by tonywolf

Friday night we took the girls to Thompson Station Church for their Halloween festivities. Every year they do something different. For example, a few years ago they turned the entire church into a “Chocolate Factory” and went with the whole Willy Wonka theme complete with little orange Oompa Loompas. This year’s theme was “Candy Olympics.” They had inflatables, contests and athletic competitions. Each room had a different sport to play with the ultimate prizes and trophies (everything from Snickers bars to Twizzlers to cupcakes). It was really cool. I had the honor of going with the four prettiest ladies in Tennessee. Brooklyn was dressed as an orange and black butterfly.

Katie was a purple and green fairy; not Tinkerbell, just a purple and green fairy. And Adrienne went as a Ballerina Princess who would not keep her crown on (or her silver glittering shoes for that matter) despite the pleads from her king and queen. Laura went as a radiant Mommy of three carrying Adrienne and helping the girls get into every game station possible.

I wore my Michael Phelps costume. It was a little chilly. Wearing nothing but a Speedo and goggles was tough during the 50 degree walks to and from the van but … who am I kidding? If I went dressed like Michael Phelps I would’ve been either harpooned or arrested! It’s all fun and games until someone ends up in jail in a Speedo! You know? Feel free to delete THAT image! Anyway, here are a few pics of the girls from their night of fun!
